Sezai oversees all aspects of Noahs Glostrup, from managing employees, kitchen operations, and bar staff to procurement, marketing, customer service, and staff scheduling. He collaborates closely with his kitchen manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Financial management and optimization are handled in partnership with co-owner Hassan Demir, Noahs Team Denmark, and Danish shopping centers.
